First Meeting
Let's get together and talk about your hopes, dreams, and budget requirements, along with your timeline.
At your first appointment, we will talk about what you want to see in your house, including style, size, number of bedrooms and baths, etc. If you already have a plan, we encourage you to bring it in.
We will also talk about your property location. If you do not have a property, we can assist you search.
Subsequent Meetings
Depending on your plan situation, we can go a few directions.
1. If you brought plans to us, we will go over the details and price the home for you.
2. If you decide to have Integrity customize a plan for you, we will take the information you have provided and draw up a few possible plans. After approving your floor plan we will ask for a deposit to have the plans professionally drawn by our designer.
Going over the Proposed Plan
Once the plans are completed, Integrity will price out the home in specific detail, from the roof to the foundation, from the windows to the carpet. We don't want you to have any surprises. We give you over 30 pages of details and photos.
We understand the investment you are making, and we don't take that lightly, so we make every effort to make you feel comfortable and informed concerning your project. Communication is the key. We are upfront about financial issues so you can make decisions along the way. We walk alongside you to explain every step, whether 
it is about floor plans, foundation details, or ways to save money. We print out monthly statements that tell how your selections affect your bottom line. We also print a full schedule so you can see exactly when certain selections need to be made.
Financing
We can recommend excellent banks and contacts for setting up your construction loan. We are here to walk you through this process and explain everything in plain, easy to understand language.
Contracts
Once we have done the above, we will sign contracts. You will need these for your bank. Once we have approval from the bank, we will schedule your job-and then begin!
