Q. How long will it take to build my home?
A. Most of our homes take 4-6 months to build, but the timeline to build depends on the size, complexity and detail of the home.
Q. How much will it cost per square foot?
A. Custom homes can vary greatly, depending on the types of materials, finishes, complexity and detail of the home. Therefore we do not price homes by the square foot.
Q. How soon before I want to start building should I arrange to meet to discuss designing a floor plan?
A. It is never too early to begin designing your dream home.
Q. Once I have my floor plan, how soon can we begin building?
A. If we have working plans and property to begin building, we will begin as soon as we have building permits. This process varies with each town, but will usually take 2 weeks from applying for the permits to breaking ground.
Q. What if I want to change something once we’ve started building?
A. No problem! If there is something you want to change once your project is underway, we will price out the change and give you the chance to accept or decline the change before anything is done.

A. Janel Joppie is available at no extra charge to assist you with those difficult decisions. From paint colors, to flooring, to hardware, she will help you every step of the way.
Q. How can I be sure to stick to my budget?
A. There are no surprises at Integrity Building Group. We will provide you with monthly customer statements to show you exactly where you stand financially. You will be informed every step of the way to ensure your selections are within your budget. No selection or change to your project will move forward without your approval.
Q. In what areas do you build?
A. We have built from Big Rapids to Kalamazoo, from Douglass to Belding. We are open to new possibilities in new areas!
Q. Can I do some of the work myself?
A. In general, the short answer is yes. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and feel that the people we work with meet our expectations for quality craftsmanship. However, we can arrange for you to do some of the work yourself if you have experience.
