We Are: Integrity Building Group LLC
Integrity Building Group was formed in June of 1997. We chose the name "Integrity" to indicate the benchmark to which we hold ourselves. Integrity is the standard by which we measure our actions and decisions as well as the products and services we provide for each home. It is the compass we use as we guide our customers through the building process.
I'm Jarrod Joppie
I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, and from a very young age I participated in building projects with my dad and grandfather. I enjoyed watching, learning, and helping out. I carried that passion through my school days, went on to Kent Skills Center in Grand Rapids, and then did a tutorial experience as a finish carpenter. Those years of attention to detail, along with working for a major company in Kalamazoo as a head carpenter, has equipped me to qualify for my contractor's license.
I strive for excellence even in the small details of a home. One characteristic that people find outstanding is my attention to detail. Being a perfectionist is standard for every job, and I insist that the final product be done "just right."
I'm Janel Joppie
As the in-house designer for Integrity Building Group, I work with customers to design preliminary floor plans and help them with product selection and decorating. I love working with people and I enjoy helping to create their dream home, as well as assisting with interior and exterior selections. I do this as a volunteer, with no additional cost to clients, and it gives them a feeling of comfort for a sometimes overwhelming task.
I'm Lucas Brinks
Along with being Jarrod's younger brother, I am his right hand man. He has shared some secrets about trim with me. I spend most of my time doing various tasks at all our jobsites. I attend Davenport University, and although I am not following in Jarrod's footsteps, I very much enjoy my day to day activities with Integrity Building Group.
I'm Dave Vander Molen
I work as Project and Service manager. I manage scheduling of contractors and ensure the job is done on time, and done right. After you have moved into your new home, your needs are not forgotten. I carry out all services outlined in the warranty that comes with a new home. I try my best to make sure that you will be satisfied in every way possible.
I'm Jillian Miller
I am the Office Manager at Integrity Building Group. In addition to working closely with Janel in customer relations, It is my job to make sure that all of the details of managing the office and coordinating the staff are maintained in an efficient manner.
I’m Matthew Wasoski
I have been with Integrity since 2005. It is my job to make sure the onsite details of the project are taken care of. Trim carpentry is my specialty, although you may see me working on various other tasks, such as trim, repairs, cleaning up the jobsite, miscellaneous framing, adjusting doors or installing hardware. Because most of my time is spent onsite, homeowners come to know me very well. In the past some homeowners love me so much, they have offered to adopt me!
